Courtly Love in the stacks

French and Italian professors David Lummus and Marisa Galvez are featured in today's Stanford Report for their research and teaching on romance and desire in the Middle Ages.

Stanford University Libraries has a strong collection of the works of courtly love, including some mentioned in the piece. Click on the names for a selection of their works; you can consult some of the rare editions in Special Collections.
